Dan, who has a degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Maryland, College Park, started his career with the international public relations and communications agency, Ketchum Communications, before moving into the realm of non-profit public relations for a large Washington, DC-based healthcare association. In the mid-90s, Dan moved on to a new venture, migrating print publications and communications into online form. Through this experience, Dan realized that simply creating online communications materials wasn’t effective without sufficient web marketing support to promote and measure these e-communications vehicles. Seeing the growing disconnect between technology and marketing, Dan created Zephoria to bridge this gap.
